1. Quotations, Prices & Orders

Website prices are product prices in US dollars unless stated otherwise and normally exclude international shipping, import duty, VAT, customs charges, local taxes, and bank fees. A website cart is a quotation request, not an accepted order. An order is accepted after DeepPontos issues an invoice and confirms receipt of the required payment.

2. Payment & Bank Charges

Retail payment is made by bank transfer to the beneficiary account shown on the invoice. The customer is responsible for all sending-bank, transfer, and intermediary-bank fees and must ensure that DeepPontos receives the full invoiced amount. Never send bank card numbers, PINs, CVVs, or verification codes by email or chat.

3. Shipping, Customs & Import Charges

International shipping is quoted after packed weight, quantity, destination, postal code, and delivery method are confirmed. Unless the invoice expressly states otherwise, the shipment is supplied on a customer-import basis: the customer is the importer and is responsible for import duty, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, local taxes, documents requested by destination authorities, and timely customs cooperation.

Preparation is normally about 4-5 days and completed retail orders are generally dispatched on Saturday. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because customs, weather, security checks, remote-area handling, and carrier operations are outside the seller's direct control.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

A delayed shipment is not considered lost. If the carrier formally confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, DeepPontos will bear the loss and send one replacement of the same product without an additional product or replacement-shipping charge. If the identical product is unavailable, we will agree on an equivalent replacement or refund with the customer.

Delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to complete customs clearance, unpaid import charges, or refusal of delivery is not treated as a seller-responsibility lost shipment. Visible parcel damage must be reported promptly with photographs of the outer package, shipping label, product, and order details.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Unused standard products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after delivery. The customer must contact DeepPontos and receive authorization before returning anything. The customer pays return and exchange shipping costs. Used, washed, altered, damaged, contaminated, or custom-made products are not eligible under this unused-product return policy.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within approximately 3 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Bank or payment-network processing time is additional. Original international shipping, customs charges, taxes, and bank fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund results from a confirmed seller error.

6. Size Replacement Support

If the received standard-size product does not fit, the customer may keep the original item and receive one complimentary replacement of the same product in a different available size. This benefit is available once per customer. The replacement product is free, but the customer pays shipping from China. It does not apply to custom-made products or a size selected contrary to measurements confirmed in writing.

7. Return Address

Do not ship a return without authorization. Contact us first for the required recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and return reference.

8. Product Use & Safety

PVC rainwear is designed for waterproof and wind-resistant wet-work protection in the applications described on the relevant product page. Unless supported by a specific written certificate, products are not sold as certified flame-resistant, chemical-protective, cut-resistant, electrical-protective, life-saving, or emergency-response equipment. Keep PVC products away from open flame, hot surfaces, sharp tools, and incompatible chemicals.

9. Custom Logo & Manufacturing Orders

Logo customization is available for qualifying orders of 20 or more pieces of the same product. Artwork, placement, color, dimensions, sample approval, production tolerance, price, and lead time must be confirmed in writing. Custom-made and logo products are not returnable for preference or sizing reasons unless a confirmed manufacturing error occurred.

Questions should be sent to sales@deeppontos.com with the quotation or order reference. We may update these terms when operations, carriers, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The terms supplied with the accepted invoice apply to that order.
