Effective August 20, 2026. This policy explains how Yantai Pulaier Raingear Co., Ltd. and the DeepPontos brand handle information received through this website, email, WhatsApp, invoices, and order delivery.
We use customer information to answer inquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, process orders, arrange international shipping, provide tracking, handle returns, and comply with business and legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

- Delivery country, address, city, state or province, and postal code.
- Product choices, sizes, colors, thickness, quantities, customization requests, and order notes.
- Quotation, invoice, payment-reference, shipping, tracking, return, and customer-support records.
- Basic technical information needed for website security and operation. The retail cart is stored locally in the customer's browser until it is submitted or cleared.
