Preparation & Dispatch
Order preparation is normally about 4-5 days. Completed orders are dispatched on Saturday.
Customs & Import Charges
The customer is responsible for all destination-country import duty, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless the invoice expressly states otherwise.
Address Check
Customers should confirm name, phone number, postal code, and full delivery address before payment to reduce delivery risk.
Confirmed Lost Shipment
If the carrier formally confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, DeepPontos will bear the loss and send one replacement of the same product without an additional product or replacement-shipping charge.
Damage Report
If a package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the outer package, shipping label, product, and order details so the carrier claim and solution can be reviewed.
Wholesale Shipments
Bulk shipments may use different terms, packing lists, carton marks, freight forwarders, or export documents.
Invoice & Retail Payment
Before payment, the buyer provides their full name, country, and email address. We send the invoice and order reference by email after product and shipping totals are confirmed, then the buyer pays by bank transfer.
Bank Transfer Fees
The customer pays all bank, transfer, and intermediary-bank charges and must ensure that DeepPontos receives the full invoiced amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally initiated within approximately 3 business days. The receiving bank or payment network may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer's account.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after delivery. Contact DeepPontos before sending anything back.
The customer pays the return or exchange shipping cost. Used, washed, altered, damaged, contaminated, or custom-made products are not eligible under this unused-product return policy.

Do not return a product without authorization. Contact us first to receive the required recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and return reference for the parcel.
If the received size does not fit, the customer may keep the original item and receive one complimentary replacement of the same product in a different size. The original item does not need to be returned.
This complimentary size replacement is available once per customer. The replacement product is free, but the customer pays the shipping cost from China to the delivery address.
If we shipped the wrong item or there is a confirmed product problem, contact us with photos and order details so we can review the appropriate solution.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within approximately 3 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Bank processing time is additional.
A delayed shipment is not considered lost. The carrier must formally confirm loss before a free replacement is issued. Delivery failure caused by an incorrect address, refusal to complete customs clearance, unpaid import charges, or refusal of delivery is not treated as a seller-responsibility lost shipment.
