Retail order flow
A simple path for overseas customers.
Customers can choose products first, send destination details, then receive a complete quote including shipping method, estimated delivery, and payment option.
Add To Cart
The cart is used as a quote request list. It helps us see the exact items and calculate packed weight more accurately.
Provide Buyer Details
Send the buyer's full name, country, email address, postal code, and preferred delivery speed. These details are required for the shipping quote and invoice.
Confirm Total & Receive Invoice
We confirm the product total, shipping cost, estimated delivery option, and tracking method, then send the invoice and order reference to the buyer's email address.
Pay by Bank Transfer
After checking the emailed invoice, pay by bank transfer using the beneficiary name, designated bank account, amount, and order reference shown on it. The customer pays all bank and intermediary-bank fees and must ensure the full invoiced amount is received. Never send a bank card number, PIN, CVV, or verification code in chat or email.
Saturday Dispatch & Tracking
Order preparation is normally about 4-5 days, and completed orders are dispatched on Saturday. We then provide the carrier and tracking number.

Retail payment is made by bank transfer only after the buyer provides their name, country, and email and receives the invoice by email. The order reference on the invoice should match all later payment and tracking messages. Import duty, VAT, customs clearance charges, and local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the invoice expressly states otherwise.
